Discovery of Handmade Ryan Gosling

Woah!! I haven't posted a blog since 2009!! And even then, it was only one post. I guess I have never really been a regular blogger, but I've been thinking about starting it back up here lately, now that I'm close to moving into a new house that has plenty of rooms for me to decorate and then blog about!! :)  So to break my blog back in, I'm going to start it back up with something funny I discovered last night from a friend on Facebook.  The Handmade Ryan Gosling Memes! I don't fully understand their meaning... but they are hilarious, and I'm totally hooked! I even started a "Handmade Ryan" board on Pinterest!! I just love random humor, and I think it's so funny that they all start with "Hey Girl." The first two pics are a couple of my favorites. From what I've gathered from other blogs, these were thought of by a group of crafty girls who were trying to depict the boyfriend/husband they wished they had. A sexy man who is supportive of their hobbies. After literally laughing my hiney off at all these Handmade Ryan memes... I started thinking. I actually have my own "Handmade Ryan"  My boyfriend of 10 years, Jonathan, has done everything from help me cut fabric, to embroider towels for me while I'm at work (It was around Christmas time when I had so many orders I didn't have time to finish them all).  He knows more about how to operate my embroidery machine than I do! He took an interest in it because the software was very similar to the type he learned to operate in his CNC Machining class (He's an Electrical Engineering major).  He'd probably love that I'm telling the world of his feminine/awesome boyfriend behavior. (Don't worry babe, I don't have any readers anyway.) Those two are my favorites because he has had to listen to me cuss my sewing machine on countless occasions, as well as deal me with raiding his electrical components to make cute jewelry. Hey, I can't help it they make capacitors that are cuter than beads!! So anyway, I decided to make my own "Handmade Jonathan" meme :) The photo was snapped by my friend Cara during a Valentines photo shoot she did for us. Jonathan was playing in her kids photo props.  The captions of course, were added by me!!
